What to write about

• A route check or area figure that looks wrong
• Dragging, saving or link copying not working on your phone
• A number or source in a note that's off
• Translation that reads oddly or is just wrong
• Anything else about the site

Reporting a bug

Tell me the room size, the furniture and where it was, and what you clicked, and I can recreate it. Pasting a link from the planner's "Copy link" button works even better. Your device and browser (say, Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Windows) help too.

There's no need to send your address, photos or other personal details.

Replies and retention

Your email is used only to reply and to fix whatever you reported. It's a one-person operation, so a reply may take a few days. The privacy policy explains how email is handled.
